No one would expect a brand new county government building and court house barely two years old to be susceptible to massive flooding problems, but that’s exactly what happened last week in Durham, North Carolina according to a local news report. A waterline break damaged three floor plus the basement and required 500 court documents that were damaged to be recovered by an outside company. According to sources, the water was ankle deep in some areas and it required the court house to close for an entire day last Friday.
